Important: We never collect or store your actual bank login credentials. All financial data connections use read-only access through encrypted, industry-standard banking APIs. We can see your transactions but cannot move your money.

Your data powers the automation that makes Pulse Neuro useful. We use your information to analyze spending patterns, categorize transactions automatically, and send you meaningful insights about your financial habits.

We also use this data for practical stuff like customer support, platform improvements, and fraud prevention. When you contact us about a budget question, having access to your account history means we can actually help solve the problem.

Marketing communications only happen if you've opted in. We might send you updates about new features that relate to how you use the platform, but we're not interested in bombarding you with emails you don't want.

Information Sharing and Third Parties

We don't sell your personal information. That's not our business model, and frankly, it would undermine the trust that makes financial software work.

We do share limited information in specific situations. Bank data aggregation services help us connect to your financial institutions securely. Cloud hosting providers store encrypted data. Payment processors handle subscription billing. These partners are contractually required to protect your information and can only use it for the specific services they provide to us.

Under Vietnamese data protection laws, we may need to disclose information to government authorities in response to valid legal requests. We review each request carefully and only provide the minimum information required by law.

If Pulse Neuro is ever acquired or merged with another company, your information would transfer to the new entity under the same privacy protections outlined in this policy.

Data Security and Protection

Financial data requires serious security measures. We use bank-level encryption for data transmission and storage, multi-factor authentication for account access, and regular security audits by independent firms.

Our servers are hosted in secure data centers with physical access controls, environmental monitoring, and 24/7 surveillance. All staff with data access undergo background checks and regular security training.

Support Communications

Customer service records retained for 3 years to maintain service quality and resolve ongoing issues.

Marketing Data

Deleted immediately upon unsubscribe or account deletion, whichever comes first.

When data reaches the end of its retention period, we securely delete it using methods that prevent recovery. This includes overwriting storage media and destroying physical backups.

International Data Transfers

Pulse Neuro operates primarily in Vietnam, but some of our service providers are located in other countries. When we transfer your data internationally, we ensure it receives the same level of protection as required by Vietnamese privacy laws.

We use standard contractual clauses approved by Vietnamese authorities and work only with providers who demonstrate adequate data protection safeguards. Any international transfers are limited to what's necessary for service delivery.
